The international competitions of the Lucca Film Festival 2025 are underway!
For the 21st edition, the calls for entries are open for the International Feature Film Competition, International Short Film Competition, and LFF for Future category, focused on environmental-themed shorts. The selected works will be screened during the LFF from September 20th/28th and will be evaluated by a professional jury, which will award the following prizes:
- International Feature Film Competition (€3,000)
- International Short Film Competition (€500)
- LFF for Future (€1,000)
Additional awards will be given by a press jury, a student jury—comprising high school and university students—and a popular jury.
The competitions are open until July 15, and submissions must be national premieres.
